Thanksgiving Day 2017

​On Sunday, October 8, 2017, at the Carr Street Gospel Church, a Thanksgiving Day was celebrated where we thanked God for the harvest of this years.

But the feast of thanksgiving, or harvest festival, is of great importance in the spiritual world.
The final harvest of Christ on earth at the end of the world is the final harvest of human souls for the Kingdom of God! The Lord wants, "... that all people should be saved and reach the knowledge of the truth." This is the harvest that He wants to reap.

This is why the Harvest Festival, so joyous and blessed on the one hand, has another side - a terrible reality for those who reject Jesus Christ. In fact, a person decides his own destiny in eternity. And the work of the Church of God is to tell the world what awaits them in eternity - in Christ and without Christ. As you see, the harvest festival has a very serious spiritual significance for every believer and unbeliever.
